It is an evergreen fund. It seeks to invest in firms that have business services, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, software, Information Technology, telecommunications, retail and brands. The fund invests in floatation and some emerging technology. It prefers to invest in the United Kingdom. The fund invests between £1 million ($1.45 million) and £10 million ($14.48 million) in companies with sales value between £5 million ($7.24 million) and £25 million ($36.21 million). It invests between £0.25 million ($0.36 million) and £1 million ($1.45 million) in development capital. It may also invest in preference shares and loan stock. The fund holds its investments for an average period of seven years.
