As of December 31, 2021, it owned or franchised a total of 5,291 TH restaurants; 19,247 BK restaurants; 3,705 PLK restaurants; and 1,213 FHS. Restaurant Brands International Inc. serves as the general partner of the company. The company was formerly known as New Red Canada Limited Partnership and changed its name to Restaurant Brands International Limited Partnership in December 2014.
