The company's products in pipeline include KPS-0373 that has completed Phase III clinical trial to treat spinocerebellar ataxia; CCX168, which has completed Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of microscopic polyangiitis and granulomatosis with polyangiitis; AJM300, which is in Phase III clinical trial to treat ulcerative colitis; R788 that is in Phase III clinical trial to treat chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura; and MR13A9, which is in Phase III clinical trial to treat uremic pruritus in dialysis patients.
