Vivoryon Therapeutics N.V., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, engages in the research and development of therapeutic products for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Vivoryon Therapeutics N.V. has a research collaboration agreement with University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein to discover and develop therapeutics in cancer immunotherapy; collaboration agreement with Nordic Bioscience for the clinical development of PQ912 for Alzheimer's disease; and research collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for cell therapy and immunology, as well as a strategic regional licensing partnership with Simcere Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. to develop and commercialize medicines targeting the neurotoxic amyloid species N3pE (pGlu-Abeta) to treat Alzheimer's disease.
